Boileaus Estate Agents is an independent firm specializing in the Sale and Rental of Residential property within the immediate Barnes area, which is found by the River Thames, South West London, England.

Coverage of the Barnes area is unrivalled through the positioning of our main sales office in Church Road together with our wholly owned Subsidiary, Sargent & Young in White Hart Lane. This office provides a specialist service to homes in the Little Chelsea and Lower Mortlake area.

The Firm’s Senior Partner, Jeremy Boileau Wright has over 35 years of Estate Agency experience and has a uniquely detailed knowledge of the Barnes area.

He has huge experience gained within both the Independent and Corporate Estate Agency markets and aims to combine the best of both these property worlds.

Boileaus has experience of and has thrived within difficult markets when marketing ability and accurate valuations are vital to ensure a sale at the best possible price.

Jeremy Boileau Wright

Since leaving school in 1972, Jeremy has practised as an Estate Agent following a basic training in Chartered Accountancy.  In 1982, he was recruited by the prominent Thames Valley Firm of A.C. Frost & Co as Manager of the flagship Windsor Branch and was appointed an Associate Partner in 1985.

Following the acquisition of that Firm by Prudential Property Services in April 1986, he was appointed Divisional Director of Prudential International Property before returning to residential sales as Director of the Thames region.

In 1991, tiring of Corporate Estate Agency, Jeremy established Boileaus in Barnes in Partnership with his long time colleague and friend Peter Rixon with the goal of providing a personal and intimate service to the local community.

Nick Davis

Joined Boileaus as Sales Manager in January 2010 following 10 years with another South West London Independent Firm, the last 5 years of which have been in Barnes.

Nick is highly knowledgeable about the Barnes area and being blessed with an encyclopedic memory, can advise in detail on almost any aspect of the property market locally.

When not working, Nick enjoys cars, is a Manchester United supporter and has an interest in all sports but especially cricket which is essential to a career at Boileaus.
